Becoming a member of the Naranon Family Group in my area has truly brought me back to a place of true peace and serenity where my higher power intended for me to be.Thank-you to all the wonderful people that have crossed my path on this wonderful journey!

Admin reply: Every day there are decisions to be made and problems to be solved. When we notice
irritations growing into tensions, tensions into near-panic, and old fears returning, it is time to
stop and turn to Our Higher Power. We find that when we supply the willingness, Our Higher Power supplies the power

Hi I am just sitting here planning a meeting for tonight that I am chairing. The Nar-Anon literature is truly amazing. I have decided on detachment because it is such a major part of my continued recovery. My son is one of the addicts in my life and detachment with love is saving my sanity. I am finally letting him do for himself what I should not be doing. Serenity to all who read this for another 24. Debbie

Admin reply: Detachment brings us closer to our Higher Power because without help from God of our understanding things are not really going to get better.

Love you Deb!

Congratulations on starting a group in Newfoundland! I wish your group much peace and serenity as you work through this program. With each new group that is opened, more people can find the help they need to deal with the disease of addiction.

Nar-Anon has taught me how to live with a focus on myself. I have grown so much and am happier because of it. I hope for more of the same for all your members.

Please let me know if there is any way that I can help out your group. We all only get to keep what we have by giving it away.
